Responsibility
- answer inbound telephone calls and incoming sales email requests
- distribute enquiries to relevant internal or external departments in line with SBS processes
- hear and resolve client queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- perform administrative support tasks such as preparing client quotations, proforma invoices and RFP’s
- ensure payments are received in full prior to items being dispatched
- ensure all conversations, quotations, client notes and any relevant information is constantly updated to the company CRM
- take ownership of incoming Web Chat enquiries
