Responsibility
- conduct servicing and maintenance on a variety of cleaning equipment including floor cleaning equipment
- perform on-site troubleshooting, fault-finding, and diagnosis of mechanical and electrical issues
- request and fit spare parts as required
- provide technical support to operational teams including training / coaching to fix minor issues
- update and maintain service schedules and documented reporting procedures
- an Engineering background with experience of servicing and maintaining battery and mains operated equipment, preferably floor and other cleaning equipment
