Responsibility
- blockage Removal: Effectively identify and remove blockages from drainage systems using high-pressure water jetting equipment, root cutters, and other specialized tools
- CCTV Inspection: Operate Look-and-See CCTV inspection systems to assess the condition of drainage pipes, identify defects, and provide accurate reports
- diagnosis: Diagnose drainage issues and propose appropriate solutions, taking into consideration the unique characteristics of each situation
- maintenance and Repair: Carry out maintenance and repair work on drainage systems, including relining, patch lining, and pipe replacement, if necessary
- compliance: Ensure all work is completed in compliance with relevant safety and environmental regulations, and adhere to company policies and procedures
- customer Service: Interact professionally with clients and provide excellent customer service, addressing their drainage concerns and answering questions as needed
- equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and inspections on drainage equipment and tools to ensure they are in optimal working condition
- team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, such as plumbing and construction professionals, to coordinate and complete complex projects
Requirements
- certifications: Relevant certifications or licenses may be required, depending on local regulations and company policies
- high-Pressure Water Jetting: Proficiency in using high-pressure water jetting equipment for blockage removal
- CCTV Inspection: Familiarity with Look-and-See CCTV inspection systems for pipe assessment and defect identification
- drainage: 2 years
- patch Lining : Knowledge of patch lining techniques to repair damaged pipes is a bonus
- problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose drainage issues and implement effective solutions
- physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and capable of working in various weather conditions and confined spaces
- experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in drainage blockage engineering, with a proven track record of successful blockage removal and drainage system maintenance
