- managing the relationship between key NHS/SVL personnel daily
- representing SVL at meetings with NHS personnel
- manage day to day issues to a successful conclusion
- making recommendations for improvements to service and delivering agreed actions to ensure compliance with KPI’s and SLA’s
- liaising with SVL management team to ensure adequate provision of IT, office and service facilities at site
- monitor the service provided to ensure that all agreed SLA standards are exceeded, and high-level patient customer service is provided
- to provide effective leadership by ensuring that standards and practices comply with policies and procedures
- participate in ad hoc projects, investigations, disciplinary hearing and follow up with informal and formal letters
