Responsibility

  • responsible for the implementation and ongoing maintenance of all office policies and procedures
  • facilitate and implement staff communications in order to ensure ongoing, positive up and down communications throughout the organization
  • marketing Administration - assist James on marketing and branding tasks
  • assist the head office manager in maintaining other record systems as required
  • manage and order supplies within the budget guidelines of the organization. Arrange for purchase, updates and/or service of small equipment such as stationary, uniform and furniture
  • assist staff and board in making travel arrangements as requested
  • delegate responsibility to appropriate staff to ensure that the day-to-day functions and assigned projects are carried out. Personally manage and assist the staff that is responsible for the specific tasks, assignments, programs & events
  • update, maintain, record and print out all email and voicemail for directors, head office manager or colleagues
