assist staff and board in making travel arrangements as requested
delegate responsibility to appropriate staff to ensure that the day-to-day functions and assigned projects are carried out. Personally manage and assist the staff that is responsible for the specific tasks, assignments, programs & events
update, maintain, record and print out all email and voicemail for directors, head office manager or colleagues
