SAUCE RECRUITMENT is looking for employees for positions:
accountant
Responsibility
- updating daily cash flow forecasts
- reviewing & reconciling production budgets, managing costs & reporting actuals
- assisting with accounts payable overflow
- commission calculations - Preparing monthly and quarterly commission calculations
- month end production journals for revenue recognition & cost accruals
- raising sales invoices based on job budgets
- invoicing/AR - Becoming responsible for the invoicing cycle every month. Helping to streamline the process of invoicing whilst maintaining accuracy
- assist with intercompany recharges & reconciliations
Requirements
- at least 2 years experience working within finance
- 3 years' experience working within Finance ideally within Media, TV/Film or creative
- ideally experience within Media/Entertainment or the creative industry
- knowledge or experience of production accounts
- excellent communication skills and the ability to work with colleagues of all levels
- ability to communicate effectively with creative individuals
- be a team player who is willing to help others when needed
- be a team player, energetic & proactive
