Responsibility

  • oversee and manage all aspects of the catering, food production, and banquet operations
  • ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
  • develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
  • train and supervise staff members, including bartenders and assistant managers
  • collaborate with other departments within the hotel to coordinate events and ensure smooth operations
  • maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations
  • handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner

Requirements

  • previous experience in the catering, food production, or hotel industry is required
  • strong leadership and management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus
  • proven ability to meet financial targets and manage budgets effectively
  • supervising experience: 1 year
  • restaurant management: 1 year
