Responsibility
- with comprehensive training provided, you will manage a mix of new, existing and lapsed clients
- answering calls and emails to assist with incoming enquiries
- providing support to our trade customers
- keeping in touch with our existing clients to update them on the latest products
- ensure the bookings are kept and maintained accurately and comprehensively inc. customer/product details
- maintain regular contact with all existing customers to ensure relationships are maintained for repeat business
- effectively use of a follow up process to maintain our 5 star review status
- run on-line marketing campaigns and promotions to maximise sales penetration and take part in on and off site promotions/presentations
Requirements
- ideal candidate to have min. 1 years experience in a motor industry sales role
- being a team player but also being able to work independently
- the role requires some technical knowledge to understand how a car's infotainment system works - we will provide training
- experience in selling B2B
- being confident and friendly on the phone
- preferably someone who is interested in cars or electronics
- full UK Driving License needed
- competency in numeracy, literacy and IT
