sales executive

Responsibility

  • identify and prospect new customers through research, networking, and cold calling
  • build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
  • present and promote SASMAR's products and services to potential customers
  • understand customer needs and requirements, and provide appropriate solutions
  • negotiate and close sales deals to achieve individual and team targets
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Customer Service, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful order fulfillment
  • stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to identify new business opportunities
  • prepare sales reports and forecasts to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement

  • proven experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics or healthcare industry
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong negotiation and closing skills
  • self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
  • ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • good understanding of sales techniques and customer acquisition strategies
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • willingness to travel as needed
