Responsibility
the Estates Management Team are responsible for ensuring effective estate management services are provided to their properties
sarum Group are specialists in owning and managing residential apartment buildings and apartment; owning a significant and diverse portfolio of assets mostly across Southern England and The Midlands
the team are now looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Estates Surveyor to work closely with the Head of Estates Management, to ensure our estates are properly managed, ensuring the capital value of our estates are protected and hopefully enhanced, for the benefit of the owners, the residents and the freeholders
this role will be based at our Head Office in Salisbury, with a significant amount of onsite visits
organise FTT applications for “Breaches of Lease” or “Lack of Management” or “Failure to Maintain” as required
Requirements
full driving licence
communication and influencing skills, in person and in writing
knowledge of building structures, grounds and maintenance requirements
ability to work creatively and under your own initiative across complex and varied workload
analytical and problem-solving skills
ability to read and understand leases and other relevant legal documents
minimum of 5 years property management experience
