Responsibility

  • i. Undertaking all work activities safely, ensuring compliance with all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
  • ii. Update project plans relating to resource, production schedules, holidays etc
  • iii. Maintain project dates and information on MRP system
  • iv. Works order release process and date maintenance on MRP
  • v. Review and report contract progress against plan
  • vi. Create/ edit/ export and check product documentation such as packing lists
  • vii. Maintain database of component parts including parts pictures, weights, dimensions and COO’s
  • viii. Collate user documentation such as user manuals and technical help documents
