  • working for a Director and team this role is to prioritise the Directors time and ensure the team of sufficiently briefed
  • duties are seeing meetings agendas for all meeting relating to the Directors, coordinate and deliver review cadence and minutes, organise team meetings and offsites ensuring events are delivered, support/coordinators to share information and build synergies in way of working to ensure latest information is always available, support compliance, track metrics, book travel and accommodation including visas/itinerary ensuring all details are documented
