Responsibility
- we are seeking a Site Manager to oversee office refurbishment projects from start to finish
- manage day-to-day site operations, including scheduling, subcontractor management, client liaison and material deliveries
- ensure that all work is completed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and health and safety regulations
- monitor project progress and identify any issues or areas for improvement
- collaborate with Saracen Head-Office, delivery team and subcontractors, to ensure that projects are completed to the required standards
- prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, site inductions, change orders, and project schedules
- manage relationships with clients and other stakeholders, to ensure that all project-related communications are handled in a timely and professional manner
- the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed within budget, on time, and to the highest standards of quality and safety
