- part-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- maintain and keep an accurate development file on your key children
- work with parents/carers of children with additional needs to give full integration in the Setting
- support all staff and engage in a good staff team
- to be involved in out of working hours activities, e.g. training or monthly staff meetings
- work with a programme of activities suitable to the age range of children, ensuring that planning of activities meet the requirements of the Birth To Three Framework and/or the Foundation, providing realistic milestones
- work alongside the existing staff team to ensure that the nursery ethos is fulfilled
- provide high quality care for children which recognise both individual and group requirements in a secure, safe and stimulating environment, promoting positive behaviour and providing support for individual needs
- maintaining the security and safety of the children within the nursery
