operations administrator
Responsibility
- preparation of weekly sales, cost and KPI reporting. Product analysis
- responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of inventory across all locations
- accounts payable, including credit card reconciliation
- billing & credit control
- maintaining fixed asset register
- HMRC duty returns
- ad hoc projects and tasks
- support external bookkeepers for preparation of monthly management pack including profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow statement & other and other analysis, as well as annual budgets & cash flow forecasts
Requirements
- minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- demonstrable experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable & inventory management, ideally in Xero
- confident working collaboratively with others
- analytical, with excellent attention to detail
- self-motivated, with a `can-do` attitude
- A passion for process improvement and challenging the 'as-is'
- great interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with team members and stakeholders at all levels
- comfortable working intuitively in new business systems
