Responsibility
preparation of weekly sales, cost and KPI reporting. Product analysis
responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of inventory across all locations
accounts payable, including credit card reconciliation
billing & credit control
maintaining fixed asset register
HMRC duty returns
ad hoc projects and tasks
support external bookkeepers for preparation of monthly management pack including profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow statement & other and other analysis, as well as annual budgets & cash flow forecasts
Requirements
minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
demonstrable experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable & inventory management, ideally in Xero
confident working collaboratively with others
analytical, with excellent attention to detail
self-motivated, with a `can-do` attitude
A passion for process improvement and challenging the 'as-is'
great interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with team members and stakeholders at all levels
comfortable working intuitively in new business systems
