Responsibility

• preparation of weekly sales, cost and KPI reporting. Product analysis
• responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of inventory across all locations
• accounts payable, including credit card reconciliation

• maintaining fixed asset register
• HMRC duty returns
• ad hoc projects and tasks
• support external bookkeepers for preparation of monthly management pack including profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow statement & other and other analysis, as well as annual budgets & cash flow forecasts
• collaborate with external bookkeepers & management team to implement and enforce strong systems of data control & business processes, ensuring high quality data, analysis & reporting is available to the business for effective, real-time decision-making

Requirements

• minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
• demonstrable experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable & inventory management, ideally in Xero
• confident working collaboratively with others
