Responsibility
- you will remain vigilant at all times and report matters of suspicion to the Centre Manager straight away
- you will be responsible for operating radio system working with local and external agencies e.g
- northumbria Police to monitor and help prevent shoplifting and antisocial behaviour on our Centre
- an integral part of the Sanderson Arcade team and reporting to the Centre Manager you will ensure that the centre is kept clean and safe for all shoppers and tenants
- you will also ensure all appropriate logs, incident report forms and contractor permits are kept up to date and completed correctly
- as part of the personal specification for this role, the individual must be highly driven, flexible and efficient working on their own initiative at all times
- you will carry out regular patrols to ensure the Centre is clean and presentable at all times whilst also meeting and greeting customers and ensuring a safe and secure environment for all visitors and staff
- you will need to be welcoming and patient with customers, and able to handle conflict in a professional manner
Requirements

- A valid SIA Security License
