Requirements

  • experience of working in residential childcare
  • diploma Level 3 or equivalent
  • ability to interact with a range of people / young people
  • experience of leading a team within a residential setting
  • commitment to work on shift and sleep-ins if required
  • full Driving Licence is essential
  • residential Childcare: 2 years
  • ability to support as 'on call' or in the absence of the Registered Manager as well as supporting other homes if needed
