Responsibility
- coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient breakfast service
- maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and sanitation guidelines
- monitor and manage inventory of breakfast ingredients, ensuring freshness and availability
- uphold high standards of quality, presentation, and taste in all breakfast dishes
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during food preparation and service
- prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes, including eggs, sandwiches, and other breakfast items, according to our hotels recipes and standards
Requirements
- proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or a similar role in a fast-paced breakfast-focused establishment
- knowledge of breakfast cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation
- ability to work efficiently and effectively in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment
- excellent culinary skills, including a strong understanding of flavour combinations and cooking methods
- attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistently exceptional breakfast dishes
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- team player mentality with excellent communication skills
