  • experience is not essential, but a thorough understanding of MS office packages are an advantage
  • we are based around the ACT CRM system, though use of similar packages would be transferrable
  • you will be working as part of a team, and must display great communication and consolidation skills
  • our growing company is recruiting for one to two telemarketers who can offer comprehensive support to the sales team, whilst helping to improve efficiency across the company as sales increase
  • in this role, the responsiblity will be to complete regular database updates, confirming & refreshing contact information for prospective customers, and working pro-actively as telemarketing leads
