Responsibility

  • making daily outbound calls to both new and existing key clients to re-engage and generate new opportunities
  • building and researching your own pipeline of new business leads within the student recruitment sector
  • confidently calling potential new clients on the phone and sending well-written emails to build completely new relationships
  • nurturing leads into subscriptions by supporting new clients at each stage of the sign up journey
  • identifying new areas of opportunity to extend use of the software with our existing client base
  • providing demonstrations to prospective clients and acting as an advisor to existing clients
  • support in the development of our social media platforms, advertising our products and services through various channels, including creating content which promotes our software
  • offering internal and external training on use of software features
