confidently calling potential new clients on the phone and sending well-written emails to build completely new relationships
nurturing leads into subscriptions by supporting new clients at each stage of the sign up journey
identifying new areas of opportunity to extend use of the software with our existing client base
providing demonstrations to prospective clients and acting as an advisor to existing clients
support in the development of our social media platforms, advertising our products and services through various channels, including creating content which promotes our software
offering internal and external training on use of software features
