  • assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
  • schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • coordinate and schedule meetings and conference room reservations
  • manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
  • proficient in using Google Suite applications
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
  • professional appearance and demeanor
  • ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • customer service: 1 year
