- actively enforce relevant statutory, company and local site, health & safety, compliance, sustainability, and ethical policies

- evaluate, communicate and enforce output of all internal audits conducted
- directly lead and manage a team of Contract Managers, and through them, Supervisors and Cleaning Operatives to deliver a high-quality cleaning operation across contracts in Oxfordshire and surrounding areas
