Responsibility
- we are currently seeking a talented Breakfast Chef / Cafe Chef to join our team immediately
- preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in line with our menu specifications and standards
- ensuring consistent food presentation and timely execution of orders
- managing and maintaining stock levels, minimizing waste, and optimizing kitchen efficiency
- assisting with the development of new menu items and maintaining a keen eye for detail in all culinary preparations
- training and mentoring junior members of the team, providing guidance and support as required
- upholding strict health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
- this is a day time only job, from 7:30am to 4:30pm , 5 days a week
Requirements
- at least 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced and busy restaurant environment
- A genuine passion for culinary arts and a strong understanding of various cooking techniques
- A solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- the ability to work effectively within a team and maintain composure under pressure
- chef De Partie: 3 years
- full-time availability , with the ability to work up to 48 hours per week, including weekends, and holidays. This is a Day Time Only job
