  • ATA or NVQ will be an advantage but not essential if you have the skills and good experience
  • minimum of 3 years paint experience in accident repair
  • have your own spray guns and air-fed mask
  • will be required to do each job start to finish including light stripping of panels, small repairs, Prep, Priming, Paint and polishing
