- as the Assistant Manager you will be supporting the manager in the day to day running of all areas of the business
- on successful completion of a 12-week induction period, the successful individual will assume responsibility for a small area of around 12 shops increasing to around 16 shops on completion of a full 12-week training and induction period with Mentor support
