Responsibility

  • we are looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our team
  • A successful candidate will have restaurant industry experience, a passion for food prep, and strong customer service skills
  • prepare and cook meals in accordance with recipes and standards
  • ensure the kitchen is clean and organised
  • ensure food safety and sanitation regulations are followed
  • train kitchen staff in the proper use of kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques
  • supervise kitchen staff in their daily tasks
