Responsibility
- the following are the core responsibilities of the PCN Ops Manager
- support with daily operations, staff escalations and PM Meetings Support with the management of Enhanced Access and all related activities
- be the first point of contact for Practice Manager and commissioners regarding PCN operations
- support in investigating PCN related complaints and assist in investigations
- support the recruitment processes for new PCN staff, from interview to induction plans, investigations
- there may be, on occasion, a requirement to carry out other tasks; this will be dependent upon factors such as workload and staffing levels
- be the first point of contact for Practice Manager and commissioners regarding PCN operations To provide line management to PCN employed staff, to ensure that they are embedded in the PCN and co-ordinated across the PCN practices Assist in the co-ordination of the PCN meetings, including the PCN board meetings, locality meetings, development meetings etc
- support with daily operations, staff escalations and PM Meeting
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
