Responsibility
- manage the day-to-day function of all bookkeeping including but not limited to payroll, VAT returns, CIS returns, bank reconciliations
- prepare monthly management accounts for review and analysis by the senior management team
- manage sales ledger functions by invoicing all clients inline with their individual payment plan
- make sure client files are accurate and up to date
- provide insightful information and expectations to senior management team to aid in long term and short-term decision making
- review financial data and prepare timely and accurate weekly, monthly and annual reports
- monitoring of aged debtors and making supplier payments
- working closely with the company accountants to assist with all reporting including management accounts,inter-company transactions, company asset purchases, etc
Education
- diploma of Higher Education
