SALTFORD BUILDING SERVICES is looking for employees for positions:

finance manager

Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • manage the day-to-day function of all bookkeeping including but not limited to payroll, VAT returns, CIS returns, bank reconciliations
  • prepare monthly management accounts for review and analysis by the senior management team
  • manage sales ledger functions by invoicing all clients inline with their individual payment plan
  • make sure client files are accurate and up to date
  • provide insightful information and expectations to senior management team to aid in long term and short-term decision making
  • review financial data and prepare timely and accurate weekly, monthly and annual reports
  • monitoring of aged debtors and making supplier payments
  • working closely with the company accountants to assist with all reporting including management accounts,inter-company transactions, company asset purchases, etc

Education

  • diploma of Higher Education

Requirements

  • financial management: 2 years
