Responsibility
manage the day-to-day function of all bookkeeping including but not limited to payroll, VAT returns, CIS returns, bank reconciliations
prepare monthly management accounts for review and analysis by the senior management team
manage sales ledger functions by invoicing all clients inline with their individual payment plan
make sure client files are accurate and up to date
provide insightful information and expectations to senior management team to aid in long term and short-term decision making
review financial data and prepare timely and accurate weekly, monthly and annual reports
monitoring of aged debtors and making supplier payments
working closely with the company accountants to assist with all reporting including management accounts,inter-company transactions, company asset purchases, etc
Education
diploma of Higher Education
Requirements
financial management: 2 years
