- manage and oversee the salon's daily operations, including scheduling appointments, maintaining inventory, and ensuring cleanliness and organization
- cashing up at the end of every shift
- inform customers about our products and services in a positive and knowledgeable way
- actively engage in positive dialogue with customers to establish their needs, offer guidance and generate sales
Requirements
- proven experience as a Front of House in a busy salon environment
- excellent customer service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction
- strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- relevant Experience with Salon booking systems such as Isalon
- knowledge of industry trends
