- train and mentor junior stylists, providing guidance on techniques and client interaction
- manage client appointments, ensuring punctuality and efficient service
Requirements
- full Hairdressing qualifications
- management/ Leadership experience preferred but not essential
- excellent communication and customer service abilities
- knowledge of salon products and trends
- ability to manage a team and foster a positive work environment
- proficient in salon software and basic accounting principles
