Responsibility

  • helping customers who visit the Gallery and Museum, dealing with any queries, framing requirements, taking sales payments and packaging up any sales
  • helping with ad hoc events which are held in the Gallery or Museum; this may involve meeting and greeting visitors, helping with refreshments and setting up
  • maintaining and ensuring the window displays are interesting changing display items as required
  • updating the website/on-line store with new products/stock numbers as required
  • post and courier management for all orders, including taking post to the Post Office and parcels to other outlets in Tuxford as required. Managing the DHL and other courier pick-ups
  • from time to time, the company may require you to perform any other reasonable duties
