  • to be able to communicate effectively with all members of the College community
  • significant experience of working with financial and information systems
  • sound practical accounting / bookkeeping experience

Responsibility

  • ensure that fees and extras are captured and invoiced on time
  • timely and effective collection of all debts and customer payments
  • provide cover for purchase ledger as required
  • other finance related activities
  • post and allocate receipts to the finance system
  • respond to all parental queries on fees and liaise as necessary with other staff to resolve queries
  • to maintain the pupil database for each route
  • keep informed and current with relevant system developments and updates and review processes and procedures with a view to continuous improvement
