- develop the departments strategy for running and managing a 3-4 person team across all paid digital marketing channels
- recruit, manage and mentor a team of area or product specialists
- manage campaigns across Google Ads, Display Networks, Native, YouTube – as well as identify new opportunities
- manage Paid Social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok – as well as identify new opportunities
- total ownership of a multi-million pound paid digital marketing budget
- PPC management across Paid Search, YouTube & display
- native campaigns management across Taboola and Outbrain
Requirements
- experience managing 7 figure yearly budgets
- experience building and developing a team of specialists
- A proven track record of successful marketing campaigns
- strategic thinker with great analytical skills
