Responsibility
- saintly Care Limited is looking for a Care Worker to care for our clients in a professional and compassionate manner
- it is an often demanding job as you will have to be available for most of the day and week, being there for our clients is our priority
- you will help the clients by preparing them sleeping arrangements, doing their laundry and cleaning, making meals and providing overall support for their health
- communicate with the medical staff regarding patients’ conditions or treatments via phone or e-mail immediately via the assigned channel-conferral information to all patients
- inform medical professionals of any unusual symptoms or requests for medication/medications/instructions/oral/oral-b dosage recommendations/surgeries/etc
- observe and report changes in client’s physical condition indicators and provide immediate assistance during emergencies
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- available to work weekdays from 7am-8pm an rotating weekends/bank holiday
- willingness to go through training to get your license in CPR and able to provide personal care
- passion for helping people
- good communication skills
- good physical stamina
- home care: 1 year
- care plans: 1 year
- very important - we can help you get started in our program if you do not have experience working with elderly people
