Responsibility

  • record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
  • reconcile bank, credit card, and other financial accounts on a regular basis
  • maintain general ledger and subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
  • manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections
  • prepare and process payroll or assist HR/finance team with payroll data
  • generate accurate financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • assist with budgeting and financial forecasting
  • support the preparation of tax filings and work with external accountants or auditors as needed

Requirements

  • proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accounting Clerk, or similar role
  • strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • proficiency in accounting software
  • excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • strong organizational and time-management skills
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
