  • job Title: Support Team Leader
  • to ensure that all issues relating to the safeguarding of vulnerable adults are reported according to policies and procedures
  • responsible to: Registered Service Manager/Deputy Manager
  • to ensure that if there are significant changes to individual needs these are raised with the Management Team
  • working hours: 40 hours per week
  • to ensure that the records of the individuals we support are maintained in accordance with policy and procedure
  • to support and lead less experienced staff to work with more complex individuals
  • desirable: D1 driving license
