- producing quotations for service and spares
- contact customers by phone to discuss their requirements prior to quote & then chase quotes
- establishing customer contact with recently installed Safelab products to promote servicing
- initiating calls with potential customers
- liaise with existing customers to establish current requirements
- complete spreadsheets as necessary for Management reports
- to gain an overall understanding of the tasks throughout the department so that cover can be provided when required
Requirements
- excellent written and verbal communication
- experience in building customer relationships
- drive, motivation and initiative
- ability to gain product knowledge
- administrative experience: 3 years
