Responsibility
- carry out routine maintenance and service of machines at customer sites across the UK
- carry out repair of machines on customer sites and/or at HQ
- complete basic vehicle checks to ensure the technical support vehicles are clean and in serviceable condition each day
- other relevant workshop tasks
- install equipment and train customer staff on how to use our equipment safely and effectively at customer sites across the UK
- ensure that the technical support vehicle is stocked with the correct components/parts to perform services and fix problems in the field
