- support in the production of site monthly management accounts, calculation of cost of sales margins
- balance sheet reviews, including fixed assets, stock, accruals and prepayments
- maintain product standard manufacturing costs, from Bill of Materials and Inventory
- prepare weekly Profit and Loss report
- support in overhead costs preparation and reports
- labour analysis
- variance Analysis – Working with the production team to understand standard cost variances and root causes. Provide weekly/monthly commentary to management team
- evaluation of recent capex, financial appraisal of expected payback
