Responsibility

  • support global M365 migration, synchronization, and identity management
  • support and provide management of Microsoft Azure environment
  • serve as Subject Matter Expert for Exchange – Exchange Online Administration
  • installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
  • planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
  • talking to clients and computer users to determine the nature of problems responding to breakdowns
  • talking to clients and computer users to determine the nature of problems
  • troubleshoot and provide solutions to software and hardware faults

Requirements

  • experience supporting the Microsoft 365 Platform
  • microsoft 365 Certification
  • troubleshooting advanced and technical IT problems involving multiple devices and/or technologies
  • windows 10 deployment / Windows Autopilot
  • experience in SharePoint to SharePoint Online management and configuration
  • azure Active Directory Connect Management and Multi-Factor Authentication
  • experience working with end users domestically and internationally
  • deployment, administration, and support of Office 365 services
