  • continuous improvement of processes and procedures for the management of exam compliance and malpractice risks
  • design and analysis of exam compliance data to identify trends in malpractice activity and risks
  • ensuring that the suite of compliance and malpractice processes is kept continuously up to date
  • help to develop organizational understanding of malpractice and expertise in its prevention and detection
  • collaborating across the PeopleCert Group to ensure utilization of a wide range of activities related to exam compliance
  • ensuring that LanguageCert exam compliance and malpractice processes are conducted in line with regulatory requirements
  • the production of management reports on exam compliance and malpractice activity, to provide senior leadership with a clear understanding of risks and recommendations for mitigation
