Responsibility

  • we are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our UK office
  • in this role you will be responsible for our Europe finance team and you will participate in several transformation projects like the implementation of a new ERP system
  • you act as a true business partner to our regional teams and report to our Finance Director Europe, based in The NL
  • proactively monitor the business performance to ensure financial/operational trends and issues are clearly highlighted and communicated early, working effectively with other departments to drive improvements
  • overseeing the completion of the year end process in preparation for audit
  • managing, motivating and developing the Finance team to ensure a focus on delivering the correct transactional tasks and value-added business partnering

Requirements

  • you’ll have extensive post-qualification financial experience
  • having held positions such as Director of Finance, Financial Controller, Head of Finance or equivalent, leading and driving strategic financial initiatives
  • your effective communication skills, ability to motivate in a team-orientated environment, exceptional project management and organizational skills are critical for success
  • a continuous improvement mindset and flexibility to adapt to a dynamic workload are also key
