Responsibility

  • manage the Linings category effectively and professionally to ensure it is successful and profitable
  • lead and support all product development
  • provide customer-specific technical support
  • the successful individual will work as part of our specialist lining category to supply new and existing customers with all equipment relevant to our strategic plan while creating strong working relationships with key contractors and senior management, both internally and externally
  • manage and increase a customer database for the category
  • create a call plan for each customer/town/county and proactively manage customers effectively
  • carry out product training as required with relevant contractors
  • seek out opportunities to develop new markets or customers
