- the candidate will primarily be responsible for the day to day running of the centre, reporting back to – Area Manager

- plan and prioritise the work of you and your team, Ensuring the centre is up and running on time daily, this includes ensuring that all computers are switched on, phones ready and relevant materials printed
- ensure that stock levels are monitored correctly
- to provide outstanding customer service skills by assisting both current and new customers in the rental of storage units
- to assist customers in understanding their storage needs in terms of unit sizes and providing adequate quotes for various sized units in a timely manner
