  • create job cards for any reported defects
  • complete job cards
  • organise vehicle & trailer service schedule and update service information on jobs
  • regular daily service/defect updates with the traffic desk
  • direct contact with external service providers, including all manufacturers
  • update service/ MOT/ Tacho and tax dates for vehicles & equipment
  • process and issue purchase orders
