Responsibility

  • communicating goals and deadlines to team members
  • planning workloads and day to day production with Business manager
  • leading Production meeting
  • working in the production line – which converts large bales of hay into small, bagged hay & haylage products
  • working on the production line and meeting production targets
  • quality control – Ensuring all large bales are good to use and pack into small bales
  • ensuring the final product on the pallet looks presentable, ready to be shipped
  • be accountable for upkeep and delivery of high safety, quality & hygiene standards
