Responsibility
- as a S J Cook & Sons Renault/Dacia Sales Executive, you will support our customers throughout their buying journey - from their first point of contact with us to the moment they take delivery of their new vehicle
- you will meet and greet customers, prospect and appoint leads; and fully qualify customer needs whilst professionally selling vehicles and peripheral products in line with industry regulations
- you will be responsible for helping deliver all aspects of the Sales Process within the department by being at the core of all sales enquiries and part of the Sales team
- you will ensure that every customer has a clear understanding of the obligations that they have entered into, doing so with integrity and above all, treating customers fairly
