Responsibility
- carrying out general maintenance and repairs to our existing high street clients
- must have at least 3 years experience in building maintenance
- plumbing/carpentry/roofing repairs/flooring repairs
- we are looking for a multi skilled building maintenance engineer to work within a small family business . must be able to work on own initiative and with others
- day to Day duties will Plumbing, Carpentry, General Maintenance and Painting
- electrical knowledge would be a advantage but not esensual would suit someone who enjoys travailing around the south west and south wales
- driving licence required Mobile Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers working across the South west of England and south wales , providing Maintenance support for our Blue Chip Retail Clients
- you will be required to carry out various reactive and planned maintenance tasks across our clients sites in a professional manner and the Ideal candidate will have but not essential experience within a Retail Building Services company but experience within the building sector is a must
