- accurately recording booking information on the in-house appointment system
- delivering communications via telephone and email
- providing occasional reception cover and general front of house duties
- responding to customer queries calmly and professionally and providing resolutions
- other administrative duties may be assigned to you as and when necessary
- the successful candidate must be self-motivated, flexible and possess excellent organisational, communication and be committed to business growth and expansion
Requirements
