RYMINSTER MEDICAL SERVICES is looking for employees for positions:

Responsibility

  • answering high volumes of calls professionally and providing the highest level of customer service
  • accurately recording booking information on the in-house appointment system
  • delivering communications via telephone and email
  • providing occasional reception cover and general front of house duties
  • responding to customer queries calmly and professionally and providing resolutions
  • other administrative duties may be assigned to you as and when necessary
  • the successful candidate must be self-motivated, flexible and possess excellent organisational, communication and be committed to business growth and expansion

Requirements

  • mondays, Tuesday and Saturdays
  • 22.5Hours per week with additional overtime available
  • customer service: 1 year
