- deal with daily sales enquiries from new and existing customers
- identify and actively seek new business opportunities for Ryemead
- conduct timely site visits for new works requests
- produce professional quotations/tenders for new works and send to clients
- negotiate contract renewals with existing clients, where required
- actively seek out new business opportunities and cold calling
- to contribute to our open and cohesive team culture with joined-up thinking across office staff, managers, and field team
- create strategic plans for business growth including data analysis and a targeted approach
Requirements
- A full, clean driving license
- excellent time management and sales skills
- willing to go the 'extra mile' and work well under pressure
- excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
- must be comfortable talking with prospective new clients and cold calling
- B2B sales: 3 years
- financial knowledge and must be good with numbers, ideally with previous experience of selling a cleaning service or any service contracts would be an advantage
